Psychotherapy can create powerful changes in the ways that you relate to yourself, others, and the world. In our work together, you can expect to

  • deepen your understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that have previously felt confusing, destructive, or stuck

  • increase tolerance for and acceptance of uncomfortable and painful emotions
  • strengthen your attunement to your own needs and desires and enhance your ability to communicate your needs and desires to others
  • practice approaching yourself from a place of compassion and curiosity instead of judgment
  • learn new ways to cope with internal or external sources of stress

Sessions

Sessions last approximately 50 minutes and are typically weekly or every other week.
